Rates and Reservations

Rooms range from $159.00 to $249.00, plus taxes. Rates include continental breakfast, including muffins, pastry, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, and hot and cold beverages and all of the comforts of the Inn. More info on our Amenities.

Arriving at the Inn

• Check in time is 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, unless advance notice is arranged.

• Checkout time is 11:00AM.

• We are a smoke-free B&B. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking inside the the Inn. This fee will be charged to your credit card.

Reservation Policy

• Reservations are taken via telephone. We do not accept walk-ins.

• Rooms must be paid at time of reservation in order to secure a reservation. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All rooms paid with cash or check must be secured with a credit card.

• We are an elegant, adult facility, all guests must be 21 or older. Sorry, no exceptions.

• Our facility cannot accommodate pets.

Cancellation Policy

We will refund your entire deposit on any change or cancellation done 21 days in advance of your scheduled stay.

We will refund your entire deposit less a $25.00 per room processing fee on any change or cancellation done up until 14 days of your scheduled stay.

If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days of your scheduled stay we will issue a refund less a $25.00 per room processing fee only if we are able to fill the entire vacancy caused by your cancellation. If we are unable to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation, a refund certificate for the full amount of your deposit will be issued in lieu of a monetary refund. If you fail to cancel or do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the entire stay.
