notice is arranged.

We are a smoke-free B&B.
A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for
smoking inside the the Inn. This fee will be charged to
your credit card.

Each room must be paid at time of reservation in order
to secure a
reservation. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
All rooms paid with cash or check must be secured with a
credit card.

elegant, adult facility, all guests must be 21 or
older. No exceptions. Sorry, we cannot
accommodate pets.
